David De La O, II or Butter-as he is known in the ink slinging circuit-was raised on the south side of San Antonio, TX, near a town called Pleasanton, where he attended and graduated from high school. During his high school years, David won a number of state competitions in art. You see, David has always been an artist, so these awards weren't anything special to him. He saw it as him just being him.

Some of you may remember Tiffany Perez--or Tiffany Tattooz, as she is known in the tat biz--from Urban Inks 16th issue (coincidentally our first Waka Flocka cover). For those of you who don't go back with us like that, allow us to reintroduce the vivacious ink slinger from Jersey.

Made Rich is an East Coast slinger with a tattooing style that is as unique as the handle he goes by. Hard financial times forced him to give up a college football scholarship. However, finding himself neck deep in a thriving career laying ink turned out to be the silver lining at the end of the dark cloud that put the breaks on his gridiron dream.

As a child, Darnell Waine was always told that an artist doesnt make a living off their art until they were dead. Needless to say that in his younger years he just considered his talent nothing more than a hobby. However, eventually, life opened his eyes to what he was really destined to, and since his epiphany, Waine has been living as an artist.

It has been three years since Bennett Love, a slinger from Connecticut, began putting ink to skin, creating cool artworks and impressing his clients with originality and craftsmanship. After countless hours of tattooing in his shop, Bennett is just as excited about his work, as he was when he first started. Every tattoo he creates and every client he meets bring new excitement and unspeakable amount of joy into Bennett's life, which makes his job that much more special and valuable.
